This was taken last Saturday right before the girls and I left for the Ladies' Christmas Tea at church (it was pretty much a bust, but that's a blog for another day). Of course, the day before the tea, I realized that neither one had any winter dress clothes that fit, resulting in a whirlwind shopping trip that morning. I'm so thankful that my oldest seems to have a natural bent towards modest clothing.

We ended up our morning at the beauty shop, where both were washed, clipped, and blown dry. I thought the end result was pretty respectable.
